People have issues; it's a well-known fact. We all have something, whether it's big or small, no matter who we are or where we're from. I have issues! You have issues! Relationship issues! Body issues! Sibling issues! Parent issues! Whatever!
Please don't tell me that I can't rant and rave about these issues on my blog- my one place to tell people what's going on, where I can say what I could never say to a person's face. We all know that it's so, so much easier- but not always preferable- when you're behind a computer screen.
So, GIVE A SHIT about my crying. We all feel pain, and isn't it just better when there's someone to understand you, or at least say they do? Don't you think that that's better than keeping everything choked up inside?
One of the good things about sadness is that you can at least know that someone else has felt exactly the same at some point in their life. You can even bet that they got through it and came out the other side smiling :) You aren't alone.
Not only that, but everyone should know that there is someone out there for them. More often than not you're going to meet them, and when you do you'll both know. It might not be the first someone, but it'll be someone.
What I'm trying to say is that we are allowed to be sad, we are allowed to cry, and we are allowed to want to tell people about it.
Night guys. I feel impossibly, eyelids-made-of-lead tired :)
xx
I completely love your point of view on this.
ReplyDeleteYou're good at putting things into words!
I try but it ends up all wrong.
